First Out was Central London's first lesbian & gay cafe-bar when it first opened in 1986. This is a very friendly café serving organic coffee, pastries, muffins, and a further vegetarian menu. The café also serves beer, wine & spirits. It's a great place to meet on a weekend afternoon or early evening before hitting the town.
